Instructions for submission of abstracts

Deadline to submit abstract for poster presentation: 15th July, 2024

Before submitting the abstract,  registration  of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.

After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account, after that you can login at Participant Area.

In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit your abstract (or edit) your abstract untill the submission deadline.

For each abstract submitted it should indicate the authors and type of presentation.

If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the administration of the meeting.

• The maximum number of abstracts that can be submitted and presented by each registered author are TWO and it will not be both oral presentation.

• The abstracts should be prepared in English, according to the template available.
