Winter School fee (Participation Upon Acceptance): 50 EUR

Registration includes: 

• Access to all talks, poster sessions and exhibition booths.

• Coffee breaks 

• Book of abstracts and conference bag.

•  Welcome reception.

Credit Card

Payment with credit card is possible - choose the payment method in your personal/registration area and follow the guidelines.

Proforma document:

A proforma document can be download at personal area but first is required to fill some data.

• Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and refund:

• If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.

• For any cancellation received until 15 October, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged.

• For any cancellation received after 15 October, no refund will be made.

• All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Meeting

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
