3. Review and Selection Process

Ends: June 15th , 2024
The scientific committee will review submitted abstracts based on relevance, originality, scientific merit, and adherence to the conference theme. Accepted submissions will be notified by email.
4. Notification of Acceptance
Sent by: June 30th, 2024
Authors will receive notifications regarding the acceptance of their abstracts. Details about presentation formats (oral or poster), guidelines, and scheduling will be provided to accepted presenters.
Registrations

2.Early-Bird Registration

Participants have the opportunity to register at a discounted early-bird rate until this date.
3.Regular Registration

Closes: October 15th, 2024
Registration remains open at regular rates until the final deadline. Participants must complete registration within this period to attend the conference.
Winter School on Ionic Liquids:
1. Submit Intention Letter for Participation

Interested participants are required to submit an intention letter expressing their interest in attending the Winter School on Ionic Liquids. This letter should outline their background, motivation, and expectations from the program.
2. Selection Process
